基础医学院教授,博士生导师。主要研究神经系统相关疾病的分子机制,在此基础上寻找疾病治
疗的新靶点,进行治疗药物先导化合物分子的筛选和研究以及治疗新技术的开发。针对神经系统疾病,
建立了国内较为全面的神经系统疾病离子通道靶标细胞株库以及相应的离子通道药理学研究技术平
台,并且开展了神经离子通道天然活性分子筛选、药理学作用机制研究,帮助解析神经系统生理功能
和疾病机制,为相关科研单位、企业提供药物筛选研究服务,获得多个有临床应用价值的先导分子,
开发多项生物光调控技术方法,获多项国家专利授权并进入临床前研究。以第一和通讯作者身份在包
括 Nature 在内的 SCI 期刊上发表近 30 篇科研论文,主持包括国自然、省、市多项科研基金项目,项
目经费金额超过 900 万元。
