本课题组利用全基因组测序手段和生物信息学分析方法研究药用石斛属物种的进化关系，并利用
比较基因组分析方法对石斛属药用分支的物种进行全基因组比较和进化分析，同时对具有较高药用价
值的活性成分生物碱代谢通路上的关键酶基因进行鉴定及功能验证，以期为石斛的药用活性成分应用
于临床研究提供基础和依据。
