周志,“南山学者”骨干人才,博士生导师,博士毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所(导师:
陆熙炎 院士),随后加入麦吉尔大学从事博士后研究工作(合作导师:
Prof. Youla S. Tsantrizos
),
并于 2017 年以“高水平大学建设”引进人才身份回国全职加入广州医科大学药学院工作至今;现担任
广州市蛋白质修饰与降解重点实验室化学组负责人、广州医科大学药学院药学系副主任等职务。研究
领域聚焦先进药物合成技术开发、基于核受体靶蛋白结构的药物分子设计与筛选,先后主持国家自然
科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广州市科技计划项目等多项;围绕含氟药物分子高效构建、手性药
物分子的不对称合成及新型催化碳氢键官能化反应工具开发等方向开展了一系列原创性研究工作,立
足所开发的相关合成方法,融合计算机辅助药物设计、DNA 编码化合物库筛选等技术发展了多个潜力
分子用于 PPARγ选择性调控剂及抗肿瘤药物发现;相关成果累计发表 SCI 论文 70 余篇,申请中国发
明专利十余项(已授权 4 项)。
