课题组主要从事基于基因组不稳定性的肿瘤防治研究,采用分子生物学,细胞生物学,生物信息
学,不同肿瘤自发模型和肿瘤生长抑制模型等手段,致力于 DNA 损伤修复和 DNA 复制紊乱的调控新
机制和新靶点发现,及诱导的基因组学不稳定性(微核形成,染色质异常和质
DNA
高负荷等)与肿
瘤发生发展的相关关系研究。同时针对新靶点开发靶向药物或联合药物治疗的疗效评价。
共发表过 15 篇 SCI 论文,其中以第一作者发表 7 篇,包括 Nature Communications, Cell Reports(两
篇), Journal of Medicinal Chemistry 等高权威知名杂志期刊。授权过 3 项专利,包括一项美国专利,一
项 PCT 和一项国内专利,其中美国专利已获得国内生物医药公司的专利权转让。
