疾病模型和临床病人样本,结合转基因和基因条件敲除小鼠、腺相关病毒介导的基因转导、单克隆抗
体阻断和单细胞测序等前沿技术手段来研究血管(或淋巴管)内皮细胞与免疫细胞如何促进中枢神经
系统相关疾病的发病机制,以期为这些疾病的治疗提出更好的药物靶点和更为有效的干预策略。迄今
为止,共发表 SCI 论文 14 篇,其中以第一或者共同第一作者发表 SCI 6 篇,分别发表在 Science
