主要研究方向为染色质结构重塑与细胞命运决定、染色质结构变异与衰老研究。系统揭示体细胞
重编程中染色质开关动态变化的二元规律,并发现 Sap30 可清除体细胞特征而推动细胞重编程。近 5
年来主持或参与国家自然科学重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等,广州市基础
研究计划重点项目,广东省人民医院心血管专项、登峰计划等国家及省部级基金项目。发表 SCI 论文
19 篇,其中一作或通讯 SCI 文章 7 篇 (包括 Cell Stell Cell, Trends Cell Biology, Cell Reports, EMBO
Reports 等,IF 合计 102.21),参与发表 SCI 论文 12 篇(包括 Nature Genetics, Nature Cell Biology,
Molecular cell 等)。获得吴瑞奖学金(2018),入选中国科学院青年创新促进会(2019),获得南山
