焦仁杰,广州霍夫曼免疫研究所所长,二级教授,博士生导师。
实验室是以经典模式生物果蝇为研究对象,以果蝇天然免疫的调节机制为中心问题,希望阐述细
胞信号转导、细胞代谢、衰老如何参与调节果蝇天然免疫应答。主要包括:1)对免疫学的系统性调节
机理的深入探索,比如神经系统、机体代谢与免疫系统之间的相互调节的机制。2)生理与病理情况下,
不同生物学过程、不同组织细胞之间如何交流与协同作用以维持机体稳态。另外,实验室还基于果蝇
建立人类重大疾病的动物模型,利用自有的果蝇突变体库进行易感基因的筛选和致病机制的探索。
