年于中国科学院动物研究所获得再生
医学博士学位，通过建立原始态多能性，经过系列分化，首次在体外模拟人类
X
染色体失活过程。
2021
年加入广州医科大学附属第三医院。研究方向包括：
1. 干细胞全能型及多能性建立与表观遗传研究；
2.
人类
X
染色体失活模型平台的建立及相关机制研究；
3.
人类重组胚胎的技术建立及应用；
4. 基于 CRISPR/Cas9 技术的基因筛选。相关研究结果发表在 Cell Stem Cell，Cell Discovery 等杂
志。
