杜雯，教授，2023 年入职广州医科大学生物医学工程学院，入选南山学者特聘教授人才计划，
隶属于徐涛院士团队。2012 年博士毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所，2017-2022 年在美国哥伦比亚
大学糖尿病研究中心糖尿病研究领域最高奖“班廷奖”获得者 Domenico Accili 教授实验室进行博士
后研究工作。本课题组长期致力于代谢相关疾病发生过程中影响胰岛β细胞分泌的分子基础的研究，
发现参与胰岛素颗粒成熟和线粒体功能相关基因缺陷影响胰岛素分泌的机制，以及通过肠道细胞重编
程策略使其分泌胰岛素，开发糖尿病治疗的新方法。共发表文章 18 篇，其中以第一或共同通讯作者
在 Journal of Clinical Investigation, Mol Metab, Elife, Protein Cell 等期刊发表论文 7 篇，主持一项国家
自然科学青年基金并参与国家重点研发计划和自然科学基金重点项目等多个重大项目的研究工作。
